This is for new patients. Clients have the option to discuss their injury and goals of treatment via a complimentary phone call. This hour long session includes Evaluation, all treatment, optional movement screen and a personalized home program.

A one hour treatment for established clientele. Includes TDN/FDN, Manual Therapy, Soft tissue mobilization, and taping are all included. please provide 24 hours for cancellations.
This appointment is for clients who have had chronic type of condition and are open to the idea of a mind body connection. Do you suspect previous trauma, stress and anxiety are contributing to your pain response? This session combines both a PT Evaluation and coaching regarding your nervous system response to pain. An example could include an Evaluation for a delayed healing response and fear of not being able to compete in a sporting event. Or anxiety regarding back or neck pain and why your pain is not improving.

Bike Fits include, a movement screen to determine stability and mobility issues. Adjustments include but are not limited to Shoe and cleat, saddle height and fore/aft, stem/handlebar, set back, bars, brake levers. We use a laser for line of site for the pedal interface, both front and rear. Stems, saddles and seatposts can be swapped. A free "parking lot" meet and greet is available to assess your fit and make recommendations.
